Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients and residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Document patient care clearly and promptly in the medical record
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination series or approved religious/medical exemption
• Current state or federally issued identification for facility badging
• Ability to work overnight shifts as needed
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
