Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Uphold facility policies and nursing best practices at all times

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
