Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or compact state
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience in acute or long-term care settings
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient needs

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Interpersonal and patient education skills
