Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare providers to implement and adjust care plans
• Document patient conditions accurately and report changes to the supervising nurse
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment for every patient
• Assist with activities of daily living and support patient mobility as needed

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous LPN experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts and adapt to changing assignments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
