Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the care team
• Provide compassionate bedside care and assist with daily living activities
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain confidential records
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and family members to deliver personalized care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico (or compact license where applicable)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical nursing skills, including medication administration and wound care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess patient conditions and respond quickly
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
