Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients, assisting with activities of daily living
• Take and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and respect
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain before start
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours on a per diem basis
• Compassion and dedication to patient wellbeing

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of patient care principles and safety protocols
• Skilled in recording vital signs and observing patient conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in various situations
