Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties to maintain a safe and healing environment
• Dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors; clean windows, walls, and fixtures
• Remove waste and transport to compactors; recycle materials
• Restock restroom supplies and report repair needs
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; must be trainable and willing to learn
• Must be local to Asheville, NC
• Willing to work every other weekend
• Comfortable with bodily fluids and wearing PPE including N95 masks
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments during shift

Education

• Must be able to read and write on an 8th grade level
• High School Diploma preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Cleaning and sanitizing techniques
• Floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing)
• Waste removal and recycling
• Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
