Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Triage patients quickly and accurately in a high-volume emergency department
- Assess, stabilize, and treat patients with critical injuries and acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with trauma teams and physicians to deliver Level I/II trauma care
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per protocol
- Continuously monitor patient status and document care in a fast-paced environment
- Support patients and families with compassion and clear communication during emergencies
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications required
- TNCC certification required
- Level I or Level II trauma experience required
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency department
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing and trauma care principles
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) protocols
- Patient triage and rapid assessment
- Critical thinking and calm decision-making under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
