Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal scaling to promote optimal oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
• Take and develop dental x-rays while ensuring patient safety
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in dental records
• Provide exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional setting

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evening shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and infection control best practices
