Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in need of assistance
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature
• Support nursing staff with patient care tasks
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and transfer patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
