Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to create and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home care strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Advocate for patient goals and celebrate every milestone along the recovery journey

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Clinical experience in acute care, rehab, or outpatient settings preferred
• Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Ability to develop customized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
• Adaptability and time management in a fast-paced healthcare environment
