Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with meals and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare staff

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification is required
• Previous CNA experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients with proper techniques
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
