Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients during scheduled appointments
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive procedures
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and maintain their comfort
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to ensure seamless patient flow
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Focus on quality patient interactions with 30-minute appointment slots

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a dental team
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Skilled in patient education and chair-side manner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dentists and assistants
• Attention to detail with strong documentation practices
