Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and prophylaxis
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to streamline patient care
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized
• Document patient care accurately in the practice management system
• Support the dental team to create a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Experience in general dentistry preferred
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Excellent interpersonal and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Ability to work effectively with dental assistants and other staff
