Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement therapy interventions following the OT plan of care to help patients regain independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education for continued success at home
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to ensure a secure healing environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Therapy interventions and treatment techniques
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Patient education and family communication
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Safety protocols and infection control practices
