Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• New graduates are welcome to apply - no prior experience required
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and best practices
• Experience or interest in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
• Ability to create personalized care plans for diverse patient needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
