Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement personalized therapy interventions to help patients regain functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Empower patients and families through education and support
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising OT to ensure seamless care
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
