Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care and patient education to promote oral health
- Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing to keep smiles bright and healthy
- Take and evaluate dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
- Document patient care and treatment plans with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania dental hygiene license required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No minimum experience required - new grads welcome!
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in dental cleanings, X-rays, and patient documentation
- Knowledge of dental anatomy, oral pathology, and preventive care
- Comfortable with electronic health records and dental software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
- Commitment to staying current with best practices in dental hygiene
