Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners skillfully to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform CT exams for Emergency Department patients and inpatients during night coverage
• Staff and manage the control room operations while coordinating with the scanner tech
• Work as the ED stand-alone CT Tech when assigned, and assist other ED Techs with lifting and support as needed
• Communicate clearly with ED staff, radiologists, and patients to ensure safe, efficient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and exam documentation
• Support image quality checks and basic troubleshooting of CT equipment

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification required
• Demonstrated experience operating CT scanners
• Comfort and experience providing ED support and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assist with patient lifting and safe transfer techniques
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

• Emergency Department (ED) imaging support and prioritization
