Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement personalized therapy interventions following the OT plan of care to help patients regain independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises for continued success at home
- Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising Occupational Therapist to optimize treatment outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to deliver the highest quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in Kansas (or ability to obtain before start)
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills with a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in patients' lives
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

- Patient care and advocacy
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Clear communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Occupational therapy interventions and therapeutic techniques
