Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents in daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents
• Document care accurately in electronic health records (Point-Click-Care)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
• Experience with Point-Click-Care electronic health record system required
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing resident needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
• Comfortable using electronic health records and basic computer skills
