Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote healing
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in West Virginia or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient care, vital sign monitoring, and infection control
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and rotating schedules
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
