Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that promotes dignity and well-being
• Build meaningful connections with residents and serve as a trusted companion and advocate
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Must bring a valid state or federal issued ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of residents
• Ability to pass a background check

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Compassion and patience when caring for elderly or disabled residents
• Attention to detail in documentation and vital sign monitoring
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting and transferring residents
