Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support with daily living activities
• Assist nursing staff with patient assessments, procedures, and treatments
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the care team promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff
• Support patients with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene needs
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Virginia
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
