Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support residents during meals and hydration, documenting intake as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
• Reliable and adaptable to changing assignments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of resident care and safety protocols
• Ability to safely lift and move residents
• Positive team player with a can-do attitude
• Good time management and organizational skills
