Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and organizational skills
