Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Variable starts 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM with call, 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend, no evenings or regular weekends, 40 hours per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in high-volume OR procedures across ortho, neuro, spine, and more, making a real difference in patient outcomes
  • Circulate in the OR supporting 1:1 ratios and up to 25 cases daily
  • Collaborate with scrub techs and charge nurse to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapt to particular OR processes while handling diverse surgical cases

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of OR experience required
  • BLS certification
  • Experience with Cerner Surginet highly preferred
  • Comfort with ortho cases; CV or robotic experience if applicable

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in OR circulating with ability to scrub as a plus
  • Familiarity with Cerner Surginet EMR
  • Skilled in high-volume surgical environments
  • Knowledge of ortho, neuro, spine, general, gynecology, urology, and ENT procedures
