Start Date: 03-03-2025

End Date: 06-02-2025

Shift Type: Variable starts 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM with call, 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend, no evenings or regular weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in high-volume OR procedures including ortho totals, neuro spine, and general surgeries
  • Maintain sterile field and support seamless case turnovers in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Contribute to 15-25 cases daily, making a real impact on patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of OR experience required
  • BLS certification
  • Experience with Cerner Surginet strongly preferred
  • Ability to scrub is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in OR processes and sterile techniques
  • Familiarity with ortho, neuro, spine, general, gynecology, urology, and ENT cases
  • Comfortable with high-volume case loads and particular suite protocols
