LDRP RN

Location: Longmont, Colorado

Start Date: 06-01-2026

End Date: 08-10-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedule set by leadership for 6 weeks at a time with 6-9 weekend shifts per 6 weeks, flexible to fill gaps

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate 1:1 care to labor patients following AWHONN guidelines
  • Support antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum mothers with skill and confidence
  • Handle triage assessments to ensure timely and safe outcomes
  • Circulate and recover C-Sections making a real difference in surgical deliveries
  • Titrate essential drips like Pitocin and Magnesium for optimal patient care
  • Occasionally care for overflow patients with provided orientation

Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years
  • BLS, AWHONN intermediate or advanced OR C-EFM, and NRP certifications
  • Comfort with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum care, and triage
  • Experience circulating and recovering C-Sections
  • Prior travel experience preferred

Education

  • RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in LDRP unit operations with 12 beds and 1 C-Section room
  • Proficiency in 1:1 labor ratios and 1:2-3 couplet care
  • Skill in managing Pitocin and Magnesium drips
  • Triage and C-Section support capabilities
