Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess telemetry patients with precision and care
  • Administer medications and treatments to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
  • Respond swiftly to patient needs and changes in condition
  • Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in California
  • Telemetry experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

  • Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
  • Cardiac rhythm recognition
  • Patient assessment and critical thinking
  • IV therapy and medication administration
  • Effective communication with patients and teams
