Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hours per Week: 32
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff during evening shifts
- Coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to protocols
- Manage staffing assignments and patient flow
- Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Illinois or compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency and critical care nursing
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement
- Ability to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health records
