Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced setting

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Proficiency in EHR systems and medical documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and patient advocacy skills
• Time management and ability to multitask effectively
