Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in a compassionate manner
• Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders using advanced techniques
• Administer medications and therapies with precision and care
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on managing respiratory conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington state
• BLS certification required
• Experience in pediatric care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Pediatric patient care and assessment
• Mechanical ventilation management
• Oxygen therapy administration
• Patient monitoring and critical thinking
