Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on respiratory management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Washington State
• BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for pediatric care

Education

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in administering oxygen therapy and aerosol medications
• Knowledge of mechanical ventilation and airway management
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
