Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management
• Assess patient respiratory status and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment usage
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Care license
• RRT or CRT certification
• BLS certification (PALS preferred)
• Previous pediatric experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric respiratory care protocols and equipment
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
