Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents at Cedar Ridge Center
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies
Document clinical information accurately to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification
Minimum of one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Compassionate approach to geriatric and rehabilitative care
