Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Educate and support families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical thinking and assessment skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Pediatric venipuncture and IV skills
