Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients in the PICU
• Monitor and assess critically ill children
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and support families during challenging times

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of PICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in pediatric critical care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ventilators, IV pumps, and monitoring equipment
• Team player with a positive attitude
