Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in California
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, pediatric experience a plus
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards
• Proficiency in electronic health records and medical equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
