Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in a medical/surgical setting
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in pediatric nursing is highly preferred
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric medical-surgical nursing practices
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
