Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and report to the healthcare team
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while upholding patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Current BLS certification
• Previous medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to varying patient acuity levels and a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and patient hygiene
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Team collaboration and patient education
