Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to Med/Surg patients
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact NLC license)
• BLS certification required (AHA or equivalent)
• Med/Surg nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of Med/Surg nursing principles
• Comfortable with patient assessments and care planning
• Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
