Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying changes and responding promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or valid compact license)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Previous Med/Surg nursing experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing standards and best practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and charting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
