Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, goal-driven nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your team to uphold hospital policies and top-tier nursing standards
  • Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis stations to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

  • Active Alaska state RN license
  • BLS (AHA), ACLS, HS AED, NIHSS, PEARS, and COVID vaccine required
  • Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg experience with sharp critical thinking skills

Education

  • BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong nursing process expertise
  • Primary nursing principles
  • Critical thinking in fast-paced Med-Surg settings
  • Familiarity with Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis systems
