Shift Type: Flexible shifts as needed, 12.5-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Knowledge of ICU protocols and evidence-based practices
- Excellent assessment and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR)
