Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Perform rapid assessments and triage in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting care as needed
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous ER or acute care experience preferred but not required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing protocols and procedures
• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• IV insertion and phlebotomy
• Patient advocacy and communication
• Time management and prioritization
