Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive triage assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to stabilize patients
• Document patient histories, assessments, and responses accurately
• Educate patients and families on aftercare and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact license
• Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
• Emergency department experience preferred, but passionate new grads welcome to apply
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing principles and triage protocols
• IV insertion, medication administration, and wound care
• EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
