Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed), RN - Behavioral Health

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care
- Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following policy
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery
- Document care clearly and timely to ensure continuity and quality
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain best practices
Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Hampshire required
- Experience or interest in behavioral health nursing
- Willingness and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and attend orientation
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills when supporting patients
Education
- Active RN licensure in New Hampshire; ADN/BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Behavioral health patient assessment and crisis intervention
- Medication administration and safe handling practices
- Therapeutic communication and boundary-setting
- Team collaboration and effective handoff/reporting
- Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
