Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care
Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following policy
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery
Document care clearly and timely to ensure continuity and quality
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain best practices

Qualifications

Current RN license in New Hampshire required
Experience or interest in behavioral health nursing
Willingness and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and attend orientation
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and de-escalation skills when supporting patients

Education

Active RN licensure in New Hampshire; ADN/BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Behavioral health patient assessment and crisis intervention
Medication administration and safe handling practices
Therapeutic communication and boundary-setting
Team collaboration and effective handoff/reporting
Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
