Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Diagnose and manage conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck across clinic and surgical settings
• Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures in both the hospital and outpatient surgery center
• Build and maintain a growing patient panel to meet significant regional demand for ENT services
• Collaborate closely with audiology specialists to deliver integrated hearing and ENT care
• Participate in multidisciplinary care and maintain strong referral relationships across the UCHealth network
• Document care and coordinate patients using the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Support colleagues through mentorship and constructive collaboration

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (explicit requirement)
• Proven experience performing ENT surgical procedures in hospital and outpatient settings
• Comfortable participating in shared Emergency Department call coverage (1:5 rotation)
• Experience using EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary teams
• Note: UCHealth is unable to support visa candidates for this position

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep knowledge of Otolaryngology and ENT surgical techniques
• Strong outpatient clinic and inpatient/hospital care skills
• Experience with high procedural volumes and building a patient panel
• Familiarity with trauma center workflows (Level III Trauma Center experience helpful)
• Skilled in multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to provide high-quality consultation services for regional providers
