Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with an amazing care team to support recovery goals
Assess patient progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and wellness strategies
Document care with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise techniques
Rehabilitation best practices
Electronic medical record documentation
Team collaboration and communication
